the scoop on dropping off and picking up your items

Drop off is on Monday, September 28th from 2pm-9pm AND Tuesday, September 29th from 9am-1pm
All drop-offs will be at the Assembly of God Church See bottom of page for mid-sale drop off time/day.
Please have your items sorted by gender and size. Group them with rubber bands. You will need to display your things on the sales floor after they have been inspected for acceptance. Please allow an hour in your schedule for drop off. In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise, ALL ITEMS will need to be inspected. Please read through our links on the left under "be a consignor" so you'll be fully informed. Sign a waiver. To save time at check-in, download the waiver and bring it with you to drop off. Click here to download the consignor waiver.
Please bring a first-class stamp. JBF will provide the envelope to send your check in. If you don't have a stamp, bring $.50 and we will provide one for you. FYI-Don't wait until the last minute to drop off. This time will be the busiest so lines will be longer. Please double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items or items without tags. These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines to the tee!
Pick up your shop-early passes and your "friend passes" At the end of the sale, we will take all "friend passes" that have been turned in and draw two. The consignor's names on those passes will receive 80% on their items. If you have signed up as a volunteer and will be attending a presale, visit the volunteer table to get your appropriate presale pass.
Appointments are not necessary for dropping off. If you have scheduling conflicts with drop off times (for example, you have a large furniture piece you need your husbands help unloading), please email Amber@jbfsale.com. We may have some small windows of flexibility and may be able to work with you.
If you do have 300 or more clothing pieces and you choose NOT to donate your unsold items, it will be necessary for you to be at the sale to help sort items, beginning Saturday at 2pm. Back by popular demand-2nd drop-off opportunity Wednesday, September 30th from 3-4:30pm
This is for consignors who have already dropped off during the fall sale. If you've found more items (or got more tagged) to add to the sale, you may bring them during this time on Friday. This will give shoppers more reason to come back to the sale again to see what's new Thursday morning! Your items will go through the inspection process, as normal.
Pick up is on Saturday, October 3rd
If your last name begins with A-M, your pick-up time is 7-7:45pm N-Z, your pick-up time is 7:45-8:30pm If you are unable to pick up your unsold items, please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you, and note their name on your waiver when dropping off your merchandise.
Any item not picked up by 8:30pm will be donated to one of our charities. The donation truck will be loaded at this time, and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time, and it is not possible for us to take items not picked up home with us.
After the stated pick-up, it is out of our hands and you will need to use the donated items as a tax deduction.
Our goal is to have clothing sorted first, then we will work on other items as time allows.
No one can be admitted prior to 7pm, due to the sorting process.
If you can't pick up during your time frame, that's OK! You may come during the other time. The schedule is created to make it go more smoothly for you, the consignor.
Please be aware: If we sort your items (you do not mark your items with a D) and you do not pick up your items that we have spent hours sorting, a penalty of 5% of your sales will be deducted from your check.
